Private Paint Parties at WildArt are creative group experiences designed for adults, families, and organizations who want to gather, paint, and connect in a relaxed, welcoming studio environment. This is not a step-by-step art class — it’s a guided creative experience where your group is given the space, materials, and encouragement to create at your own pace while our team gets you set up for success. Perfect for: Girls’ nights out Date nights & couples gatherings Church groups & civic groups Book clubs & friend groups Team-building events Family celebrations with teens and adults No art experience required. Just bring your people — we’ll handle the rest. How a Private Paint Party Works Parties are held by reservation in our studio Your group will choose from a variety of paintable options including canvas, ceramics, wood, and mixed media Our team helps everyone get started, then gives your group room to create, relax, and enjoy the experience together BYOB is permitted per WildArt policy This experience is designed for connection, conversation, and creativity — not instruction-heavy teaching. Pricing & Group Guidelines Minimum of 4 participants $35 per person minimum Participants may choose items up to the $35 value (Higher-priced pieces may be selected with an additional charge) Parties are typically scheduled after gallery hours Start times are generally offered in one-hour reservation windows Larger groups (10+) are welcome and may require additional notice Booking & Reservation Process To ensure availability and a great experience for everyone, all Private Paint Parties are booked through our online request system. Here’s how it works: Submit your party request using the booking form below Our team reviews and approves your request Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit your $100 deposit Your party is officially reserved once the deposit is received Reservations are not held until the deposit is paid. Parties without a deposit 48 hours prior to the event may be released. Remaining balances are typically paid on the day of your party. Planning Notes WildArt does not provide paper products (plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc.) We recommend planning for easy cleanup Decorations and refreshments are welcome within reason


Cancellation Policy

WildArt is licensed by the City of Covington as an Art Shop, allowing guests to bring limited quantities of beer or wine for personal consumption during adult classes and private events. By registering, you agree to the following: Allowed Alcohol (Limits Required by Law) Per City of Covington Art Shop License regulations: • Each guest may bring EITHER Up to 750 ml of wine, OR Up to 36 ounces of beer • Alcohol must arrive factory-sealed. • No liquor, cocktails, champagne magnums, seltzers over 8% ABV, or spirits of any kind. Consumption Limits (Required by Ordinance) Guests may consume no more than: • Three (3) six-ounce servings of wine OR Three (3) twelve-ounce servings of beer within a three-hour period OR Four (4) six-ounce servings of wine OR Four (4) twelve-ounce servings of beer within a single business day • WildArt staff has the right to end service or restrict consumption at any time for safety. What WildArt Cannot Do (By Law) To stay compliant with the Art Shop License: • WildArt cannot store, chill, cork, open, pour, handle, or serve guest alcohol. • Guests must pour and manage their own beverages only. • WildArt does not sell alcohol and cannot act as a bar or bartender. Age & Safety Requirements • Only guests 21+ may bring or consume beer or wine. • Valid ID may be required at check-in. • No one under 21 or visibly intoxicated may consume alcohol (per state law). • Guests must drink responsibly and maintain respectful behavior. • WildArt may remove any disruptive or unsafe guest without refund. Liability Agreement: By registering or attending, guests acknowledge: • Alcohol is self-provided and self-served. • Guests assume full responsibility for their own alcohol consumption. • WildArt, its owners, staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages related to alcohol use, including slips, spills, tool use, or impaired behavior. • Guests agree to follow all safety instructions related to paints, tools, materials, and equipment. Additional Rules • Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. • Alcohol must remain inside the designated event space. • WildArt closes no later than 10:00 p.m. per city ordinance.
