Get your creative engines ready — it’s time for an Arty Party! WildArt’s Arty Parties are art-filled birthday celebrations designed just for kids. Children enjoy a fun, welcoming studio environment where they’re encouraged to explore, express themselves, and make memories and masterpieces. Our team helps everyone get set up and comfortable, then gives kids plenty of room to create and make the experience their own. Each child leaves with a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, while parents enjoy a well-organized, stress-free celebration. Arty Party Pricing & Details * $225 Arty Party for up to 10 painters * Additional painters: $15 per child over 10 * Minimum of 5 painters required * $100 deposit required to reserve your date and time (A deposit invoice will be sent after your request is approved) Remaining balance is due on the day of the party Scheduling & Policies * Parties are reservation-based and require manual approval * A paid deposit is required to secure your booking * If a deposit is not received at least 48 hours before the party, the reservation will be released * Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may receive a rain check to reschedule within six months How booking works: Submit your party request online, receive approval from our team, then complete your deposit to secure your date. Online party bookings are available for Saturdays. If you’re interested in a different day or time, please call us to discuss availability. Cancellation Policy
🎨 WILDART ARTY PARTY POLICIES & WAIVER 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in Kids Birthday Parties (“Arty Parties”) at WildArt Gallery & Creative Collective involves the use of art materials such as paints, tools, brushes, and other supplies that may pose risks including spills, stains, minor injuries, or allergic reactions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation. 2. Release of Liability In consideration for allowing my child to participate, I release and hold harmless WildArt Gallery & Creative Collective, its owners, employees, volunteers, assistants, independent instructors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses arising from participation, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency, I authorize WildArt staff to obtain medical treatment for my child. I agree to be financially responsible for any related medical expenses. 4. Supervision & Conduct Arty Parties are staff-guided; however, parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s behavior and must remain on-site unless otherwise approved. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund. 5. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling A $100 deposit is required to hold a party date. Parties without a deposit 48 hours prior will be canceled. Parties may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Paid deposits will be issued as a rain check valid for six (6) months. No refunds are issued outside these terms. 6. Personal Property & Clothing WildArt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Art materials may permanently stain clothing; appropriate attire is recommended. 7. Photography & Marketing Release I grant permission for WildArt to photograph or record my child during the party and to use such images for marketing, social media, and website purposes without compensation. Written notice must be provided prior to the party to opt out. 8. Artwork Ownership All artwork created belongs to the child and may be taken home at the end of the party. 9. Agreement By registering and submitting payment, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian, have read and agree to these terms, and consent on behalf of my child. This agreement is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
